If you are renting like me, you will absolutely love this! It's easy, non expensive and, the best of all, it will not damage your wall. Well... maybe the best part is how awesome your home will look.
This is what you'll need:
- Washi Tape, I bought mine on Amazon, here are some options. You will need a lot, so be sure to buy plenty, I used like 6 small rolls and it is a samll wall.
- You will also need a Level with Laser, I used one exactly like the one below. This is a MUST if you want the line to be straight, and it will make you life so much easier. I use it for everything, it has a magnet and I just absolutely love it!
- Another thing that will make your life easier is a Step Stool.
And that's it, you don't really need much. You'll see how easy it is to do it with the right tools. Unfurtunately I lost the pictures of the actual process, but it is really simple, mark the line with the level laser and use it as a guide for the washi tape. Measure the distance between each line and repet the process as many times as needed. The result will be this. And for the big black squid I used foam, but that's another post.
